This area of the campus provides IT Skills support for staff in a variety of systems and applications.  These range from basic digital literacy to the clinical systems used at the Trust, including Rio.

RiO

Courses

Standard Clinical and Admin courses are available every week.  Duration is one day only. Bespoke courses are available on request.

• Face to Face: We offer face to face training at one of our three training venues: Gee House (central); West Heath Hospital (south); Sutton Cottage Hospital (north)

• Virtual: We offer virtual training to staff who have access to the necessary equipment, i.e. trust laptop/pc with working microphone/headset and webcam

Virtual and Telephone Support

A trainer can provide you with support using Rio via telephone or Microsoft Teams

Floorwalking

A trainer can visit you in your workplace to provide face to face support

Total Mobile

Courses
