    The Patient Portal gives you secure online access to parts of your health record, so you can stay informed and involved in your care. The information flows from the Shared Care Record (ShCR) to the Patient Engagement Portal (PEP). For more information on the Shared Care Record (ShCR) click here.
     
    You can use the Portal on any computer, tablet, or smartphone through a web browser. It's safe, free to use, and available 24/7.
     
    You can access the Portal online. Sign in with your NHS login (the same details you may already use for the NHS App).
     
    What you can do
    • View upcoming and past appointments
    • Read care plans, letters, and clinical documents shared with you
    • Complete questionnaires and feedback forms (where enabled)
    • Manage proxy access (coming soon via a national NHS service)
