Total Mobile Information
Overview
Total Mobile is an app which allows RiO users to view and outcome appointments offline and in real time. Appointments are booked in Rio, users can then access them on their mobile device (iPad or Smart Phone)
using the Total Mobile App. Users will be able to view client information, record progress notes, book follow up appointments and outcome appointments on their mobile device. Information recorded in Total Mobile will then be returned back into Rio when the device has a interntet connection.
Courses
Courses are available every month or more frequently if required. Duration is approximately 2 hours. Bespoke courses are available on request.
Face to Face: We offer face to face training at one of our three training venues: Gee House (central); West Heath Hospital (south); Sutton Cottage Hospital (north)
e-Learning: An e-Learning course for Total Mobile will be available soon

If you want to
book a place on a course, please complete the
Training Request Form and include your first and second choice of dates in the comments field at the end of the form.
Virtual and Telephone Support
A trainer can provide you with support using Total Mobile via telephone or Microsoft Teams
