Overview
The Wellola Patient Portal will allow patients to manage appointments, receive educational material, fill in forms online and view patient records.
The benefits for BCHC staff will mean a reduction of administrative pressures by its enabling patients to manage their appointments and receive digital letters in app and online. The Patient Portal will help to save time by sharing assessment forms into the portal for patients to complete at their leisure; sharing educational resources into the portal to support patient education and empowerment and informing and involving your patients by sharing aspects of their Rio record with them remotely.
