    CarePlus Information

    CarePlus is the system used by Child Health to record birth details, schedule mandatory national testing (Ages & Stages) and share and record safeguarding information.  Some services within the Childrens & Families Division, for example Health Visiting access CarePlus.

    Courses

    CarePlus courses are available twice a month.  Duration is half a day only. Bespoke courses are available on request.

    • Face to Face: We offer face to face training at one of our three training venues: Gee House (central); West Heath Hospital (south); Sutton Cottage Hospital (north)

    Course dates and availability can be found in the Training Calendar on the Trust Intranet.

    If you want to book a place on a course, please complete the Training Request Form and include your first and second choice of dates in the comments field at the end of the form.

    Virtual and Telephone Support

    A trainer can provide you with support using CarePlus via telephone or Microsoft Teams

    Floorwalking

    A trainer can visit you in your workplace to provide face to face support
