    Overview

    Rio is the main electronic patient record (EPR) system used at BCHC

    Courses

    Standard Clinical and Admin courses are available every week.  Duration is one day only. Bespoke courses are available on request.

    • Face to Face: We offer face to face training at one of our training venues: Gee House (central/north) or West Heath Hospital (south)

    • Virtual: We offer virtual training to staff who have access to the necessary equipment, i.e. trust laptop/pc with working microphone/headset and webcam

    Course dates and availability can be found in the Training Calendar on the Trust Intranet.

    If you want to book a place on a course, please complete the Training Request Form and include your first and second choice of dates in the comments field at the end of the form.

    Virtual and Telephone Support

    A trainer can provide you with support using Rio via telephone or Microsoft Teams

    Floorwalking

    A trainer can visit you in your workplace to provide face to face support
