This area of the Campus supports your personal development here at BCHC. All employees have the right to a Personal Development Review (PDR) and help with personal development planning.

The development review process/appraisal should take place on an annual basis. There may be a need to have interim reviews on a more frequent basis where required.

For Registrants, Learning Beyond Registration, activity is an important part of your Personal Development. Information about this process, application etc can be found in the Clinical Practice Development (HERE) area of the Virtual Campus.

In the near future you will be able to access Courses designed to support your Revalidation Process; as a nurse registrant and a course designed to support doctors in their Revalidation process.
